1. What should I expect during my first visit?
Your therapist will take a few moments to discuss your needs before beginning. Come as you are—we’ll guide you through everything so you feel at ease.
2. How early should I arrive?
We recommend arriving 5–10 minutes early to settle in and start relaxing. We have a peaceful waiting area where you’re welcome to help yourself to complimentary herbal tea, coffee, or filtered water before your treatment.
3. What should I wear for my appointment?
Wear whatever feels comfortable. For massage and facial treatments, you’ll be appropriately draped at all times for privacy. At the end of your treatment, any oils used will be gently removed with a warm towel to ensure no oils are transferred to your clothing
4. What if I have sensitive skin or allergies?
Please let us know before your appointment. Our products are formulated with gentle, natural ingredients, and we can customise your facial to suit your skin type and sensitivities.
5. What is your cancellation policy?
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a fee.
6. Is there parking available?
Yes, there is parking available nearby, however it is subject to availability. We recommend arriving a little early to allow time to find a park and settle into our waiting area before your treatment begins.
